This week we spotlight Stan Froseth, AH6KO.

I operate from two locations:

From grid square BK29lo in Keaau, 8 miles south of Hilo on the

Big Island of Hawaii

and also

From grid square BK29mj near Pahoa, about 22 miles south of Hilo.

Both locations are in the Puna District, on the East (windward) side of the Big Island.

Equipment: modest radios and wire antennas, 80m to 70cm.

Lynn and I recently moved our primary home to Keaau, and the radio setup there is in progress. As of this writing, low, experimental wire antennas for HF.
